Click and Collect is available from our Avalon Studio. Simply choose "local pickup" upon checkout

Delivery Australia wide available and some items international. Shipping rates start from $5.00. Bulky items will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times for items in stock please allow 2-7 business days. Western Australia and rural areas may take a little longer. 

Some items are made to order and may take 6 + weeks. Details will be listed for these items under Product Description.

 

Returns

Atelier 9 does not accept returns – all sales are final.  This includes all products purchased in store, online, event ticketing and all custom commissions. If there happens to be a reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product and we can discuss options from there. We really pride ourselves in having happy customers so we will do the best we can to rectify the situation within a fair and reasonable manner.

If your item arrives damaged or broken from shipping (which can occur occasionally) please contact us via email: atelier9avalon@gmail.com with photos and an outline of what’s happened within 48 hours of receiving. We will assess case by case and replace the product for you promptly. Sometimes the courier will also need to confirm the situation to process the claim and this can take a bit of time.

Each handcrafted piece is inspected by hand for flaws before leaving the studio. Please note, many of our products are completely handmade and slight variations are often part of the beauty of the piece. Please consider this before contacting us with an issue.
