Shipping Australia Wide 

If the items are already made and on our studio shelves, we ship items as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days, however during busier periods, we may take up to 4 business days to dispatch your order. The arrival of your parcel will depend on where it is being sent. For parcels within Australia it is generally 2-8 business days after our courier picks up your item. 

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick up from our Avalon Studio in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Once you’ve placed your order, please get in touch to coordinate a time to come collect your goodies.

International Shipping

Valerie Khoo artworks are able to be shipped internationally - please contact us for more information.

At this stage, we are unable to ship any ceramics internationally.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please ensure you get in touch within 48 hours with images and brief description. If you are happy with a replacement of equal value this will be sent free of charge otherwise a refund will be provided.
